New Dish
Moroccan Meatballs
Ready for a new dish? I've been using my new Tagine which is a clay cooker. These are some lamb meatballs sitting in a sauce with grated onion, saffron, cumin, coriander, paprika, ginger, butter and lemon juice. Very delectable.
