Oven-steamed Garnet Sweet Potatoes
with Honey-Mustard drizzle, Maple Cashews,
and Black Sesame Seeds



2-layered Flourless Chocolate Cake
with Chocolate Ganache, Chantilly Cream,
Rose Meringues
